Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Location
    • We ship orders from California, USA.
    • Currently, we offer shipping to the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii only.
  • Order Fulfillment & Timeline
    • Orders will begin fulfillment and shipping the week of March 10, 2025.
    • Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
  • Address Changes
    • If you notice a typo or mistake in your shipping address, please email concierge@9dcc.xyz as soon as possible with your order number.
    • We will do our best to update your address but cannot guarantee changes once your shipment is already processing or in transit.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility & Timeframe
    • You may return items purchased online within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • How to Initiate a Return
    • Email concierge@9dcc.xyz with your order reference number to start the return process.
    • Our 9dcc concierge team will reply within 48 hours with instructions.
  • Return Shipping Costs
    • You are responsible for covering shipping costs related to returns.
  • Condition of Returned Products
    • Returned or exchanged products must be complete, unaltered, and in their original, unworn condition (no damage or soil).
    • If items do not meet these conditions, they will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.
  • Inspection & Refund/Exchange
    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return/exchange conditions.
    • If it’s eligible, we will process an exchange or issue a refund. If it fails inspection, we’ll return it to you at your expense.
  • Manufacturing Defects
    • In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced or refunded.
